differently. You could live a life of vitality!

 Therapy for the Frum Community

Many frum Jews prefer to work with an Orthodox therapist, they feel that
they don’t have to explain why or how they do things differently. As a frum
Jew I am sensitive to halachic and hashkafic issues. Furthermore, I could
support clients who have struggled with different issues within the
community such as the teshuva process (transitioning from secular to
religious), anxiety or OCD symptoms about the mikvah, kashrus, and other
halachic issues, shidduchim, and parenting in the frum world. Having this
understanding has allowed my clients to really feel understood and less
